These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the e7ee platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, and all gaming activity. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
e7ee is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 years may register an account, access any game, or conduct any financial transaction on the platform under any circumstances.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account. Creating duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All gaming activity on e7ee must be conducted in good faith. The use of automated bots, exploit techniques, collusion, or any other method that confers an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and actionable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. e7ee will never ask for your password via email or support chat. Promptly notify support if you suspect unauthorised access.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding, money laundering, or the use of stolen payment credentials is strictly prohibited and reported to relevant authorities.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and e7ee. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether written or oral regarding your use of the platform.
1.General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and e7ee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates as an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://e7ee.app. By creating an account or using the platform in any capacity, you enter into this agreement.
e7ee operates under an international offshore gaming licence. 2.Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must ensure that all information provided remains current throughout the lifetime of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must provide truthful and accurate personal information during the registration process.
- You must not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity.
- You must not have a pre-existing e7ee account that has been suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 Account Verification
e7ee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during any account review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.
Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account. Any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
2.3 Username and Password
You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific action.
3.Age Restriction
e7ee operates a strict 18+ age policy across all aspects of the platform. This policy is non-negotiable and applies universally, regardless of jurisdiction or personal circumstances.
It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow underage individuals to participate in gambling activities. e7ee takes this obligation extremely seriously and employs multiple layers of age verification to prevent access by minors.
- Players must be 18 years of age or older to register an account.
- Players must be 18 years of age or older to place any bet or participate in any game.
- Players must be 18 years of age or older to make any deposit or withdrawal.
- Players must be 18 years of age or older to claim any bonus or promotional offer.
If e7ee has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending investigation. If it is confirmed that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned at our discretion after deducting any costs incurred.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
e7ee accepts deposits via a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount for mobile banking methods is ৳200. All deposit transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. e7ee reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears to originate from a third-party source. Deposits are credited to your e7ee account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
e7ee does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying any applicable fees with your payment provider prior to initiating a transaction.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering (AML) safeguard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but e7ee aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, e7ee may require the completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if verification is outstanding, if there is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or if an account review is in progress.

4.3 Currency
The primary account currency on e7ee is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. Where a payment provider processes in a different currency, conversion occurs at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
e7ee maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy in compliance with international standards. Any transaction suspected of involving the proceeds of criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. e7ee cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in any such inquiry.
5.Bonus Policy
e7ee offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL tournament, Eid, or the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by e7ee are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
- Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Players who have previously self-excluded or requested account closure are not eligible for any bonus offer.
- e7ee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any player at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or structured betting designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, e7ee reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and retain any balance in the account.
6.User Obligations
As a registered player on e7ee, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered user of the platform.
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
- Opening more than one account on the platform.
- Allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward e7ee staff or other users.
- Circumventing any self-exclusion, account restriction, or suspension placed by e7ee.
6.2 Responsible Use
You acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and carries inherent financial risk. You agree to participate only with funds you can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account. 6.3 Accurate Information
You are obligated to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change in your personal details — including your name, address, contact number, or email address — must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
7.Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your e7ee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations apply.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including a desire to take a break from gambling — please inform the support team at the time of your request. We will prioritise your request and can also discuss alternative options such as a temporary time-out or self-exclusion before proceeding to full account closure.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by e7ee
e7ee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
- Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Suspected underage access.
- Circumvention of a previously applied self-exclusion or restriction.
- Any other conduct that e7ee, in its sole judgement, considers detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its players.
In the event of account closure instigated by e7ee due to breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at our discretion. Where closure is not related to a breach, any verified outstanding balance will be returned to the player.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
e7ee offers a voluntary self-exclusion programme for players who wish to restrict their access to the platform for a defined period or permanently. To initiate self-exclusion, contact our support team. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. For permanent self-exclusion, a mandatory minimum cooling-off period applies before any reinstatement request can be considered.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e7ee, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Without limiting the foregoing, e7ee specifically excludes liability for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from your own errors, including but not limited to incorrect bet placement, forgotten account credentials, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether planned or unplanned, including technical failures, server downtime, or maintenance periods.
- Any errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or displayed information that are subsequently corrected by e7ee in accordance with our error correction policy.
- Any third-party payment provider delays, failures, or charges in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
- Any regulatory action taken against you personally in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the platform.
8.1 Platform Availability
e7ee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance, but accept no liability for losses arising from any period of unavailability.
8.2 Intellectual Property
All content on the e7ee platform — including but not limited to logos, game assets, text, graphics, interface design, and software — is the property of e7ee or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
8.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which e7ee's offshore gaming licence is held. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration bodies designated by the licensing authority.
